The DocSafe Story
The DocSafe team has evolved from the original founders, developers and CTK token community behind Cryptyk's low-latency decentralized Web3 file storage technology. This occurred via the February 2025 acquisition of Cryptyk Inc, its intellectual property and digital assets. DocSafe AI was created to commercialize Cryptyks "best-in-class" Web3 storage technology for consumer / SMB markets by adding AI automation and focusing on document management applications.

CEO & Chairman - Adam Weigold
Adam is a PhD in Atomic Physics and tech startup veteran with over 25 years experience as CEO or CTO of 7 technology startups in Photonics, Lasers, Military, Web3, Crypto and Blockchain. He has 5 successful startup exits including 2 public acquisitions, 1 IPO and an ICO. Adam was the original founder of Cryptyk Inc and launched the Cryptyk Token (CTK) in 2018. After exiting Cryptyk in 2023 he subsequently led the founding of DocSafe and the recent acquisition of Cryptyk's IP. As CEO and Chairman he is responsible for overall strategy and business execution.
CTO - Dimitar Lee
Dimitar is a full-stack developer with a Masters in Software Engineering and over 6 years of experience building blockchain and Web3 products to be an expert in both front-end UIX and back-end decentralized infrastructure. Dimitar is skilled in Solana smart contracts, React, Java, Python and most of the rest. He has held lead developer roles for 5 major Web3 and blockchain projects. As CTO Dimitar is responsible for product development.
COO - Ven Viswanathan
Ven is a sales, finance, management, supply-chain and operations specialist with over 20 years of diverse experience across multiple industries including banking, defense, cannabis, marketing and food production. As COO he is responsible for the day to day management of various team projects and reporting on company finances.
CSO - Humza Mehmood
As Chief Strategy Officer and financial expert Humza is a tokenomics and crypto strategy specialist ideally qualified to manage the Docubit ecosystem, partnerships and tokenomics. He is a certified practicing accountant (CPA) with a Masters in Accounting and has been involved in launching 2 crypto-currencies with one of them reaching a $1 billion market capitalization.
